These new Air Filter Guards were inspired by our extremely popular AFGs for the First Generation XPs! Now the classic AFG are redesigned for the Second Generation 800 ETEC XP!
These Air Filter Guards protect the fragile air filter screen from getting ripped by brush and sticks. They also prevent powder from collecting directly on the leading edge side of the air filters preventing “clogging and bogging.” The Air Filter Guards install very simply thanks to their precision fit. This kit includes a deflector for each side of the console. All needed stainless steel hardware is included.

At
RPM Composites we are not happy with products that are “good
enough”. What we demand from ourselves is to provide
the best products and innovation we can offer our customers
and the snow industry. That is why we redesigned our REV XP Skid
Plate — to add 25% more coverage but lose 20% of the weight from our original
Two Piece Skid Plate. We wanted
to give our customers more choices of specific protection needs,
to choose from just belly/drivetrain protection or full frontal
and a-arm protection. We also wanted to redesign our skid plate
to fit in a smaller box (1/2 the size) to spare our customers
from oversized freight costs.
RPM Composites Belly/Drivetrain Skid Plate offers unmatched protection
and a precision fit around all vital belly components of the
REV XP. Specific coverage areas are: full bulkhead and cast bulkhead
bracket coverage, aluminum coolant line convex dimple coverage,
front heat exchanger coverage, exhaust tip coverage, primary
clutch coverage, and chain and brake case coverage.

The Belly/Drivetain Skid Plate can be used by itself or
with our Cross Country or 907 Mountain Cut Skid Plate. These kit options
ADD front cowl protection and flotation in deep snow.

The Two Piece kit offers the same coverage as the original but with 20% weight
savings and more strength, thanks to its updated shape.

Country Skid Plate Kit is very simple and extremely heavy duty.
The Front Skid Plate fastens to the Belly/Drivetrain Skid Plate
independently via our exclusive 4 point mounting system. The
Front Skid Plate also mounts to the front cowl through provided
pre-drilled hole locations in the Front Skid Plate. Skid Plate
kit includes comprehensive mounting instructions and high quality
German metric fasteners.

This kit provides heavy duty protection for
the most fragile parts of your Rev XP/XR. Kit includes two
precision molded composite guard cups to protect the chain case
and brake case. The kit also includes a rectangular piece
of 3/16” thick composite material, that can be “sandwiched” between
an existing BRP or Holeshot full body style skid plastic skid plate.
The rectangular composite material will protect the front heat
exchanger front getting ripped off or other catastrophic damage.

These A-Arm Braces are AWESOME! With less than
1/16” tolerance between the Braces and the A-Arms the precision
“snap fit” is very impressive. These A-Arm Braces are designed
to take direct hits and absorb shock from foreign objects like
rocks, logs, and stumps.
Each A-Arm Brace has two molded channels that are bridged together
flush with the top of the A-Arm tubes. The angles associated with
the molded channels provide amazing strength, while the flush mounted
bridge leaves nowhere for snow to pack!
A-Arm Braces mount simply and precisely with a special, double-sided,
high-strength, industrial adhesive tape (rated for –40°) and ultra
heavy-duty plastic cam straps each capable of holding 250 lbs of
weight (rated for –80°).
