Using the inspiration of XP Chassis Skid Plates, we created the ultimate Skid Plate solution for the XR Chassis. This original Skid Plate design covers all of the fragile underbelly components of the XR Chassis.

Specific Areas of coverage include chain case, brake case, front heat exchanger, exhaust tips, primary clutch, aluminum belly, bulkhead, a-arms, and front cowling.

Skid Plate installation is quick and simple using existing factory mounting locations and high quality German metric fasteners.

Access  to oil drain plus is easy making frequent oil changes simple & quick.

Skids are constructed from our durability proven combination of Carbon Fiber, Kevlar® & ballistic grade “E” glass.

These Skid Plates are specifically built for heavy abuse and the inherent variable conditions of cross country snowmobile riding.

Economy Drivetrain Protection Kit – XP/XR Chassis

This kit provides heavy duty protection for the most fragile parts of your Rev XP/XR.  Kit includes two precision molded composite guard cups to protect the chain case and brake case.  The kit also includes a rectangular piece of 3/16” thick composite material, that can be “sandwiched” between an existing BRP or Holeshot full body style skid plastic skid plate. The rectangular composite material will protect the front heat exchanger front getting ripped off or other catastrophic damage. Kit includes all needed mounting hardware and mounting instructions.

These A-Arm Braces are AWESOME! With less than 1/16” tolerance between the Braces and the A-Arms the precision “snap fit” is very impressive. These A-Arm Braces are designed to take direct hits and absorb shock from foreign objects like rocks, logs, and stumps.

Each A-Arm Brace has two molded channels that are bridged together flush with the top of the A-Arm tubes. The angles associated with the molded channels provide amazing strength, while the flush mounted bridge leaves nowhere for snow to pack!

A-Arm Braces mount simply and precisely with a special, double-sided, high-strength, industrial adhesive tape (rated for –40°) and ultra heavy-duty plastic cam straps each capable of holding 250 lbs of weight (rated for –80°).

The XP A-Arm Braces are an innovative new approach to A-Arm protection and fine addition to your XP!
